ICT cannot be offered under Bio. It is per the circular no 2009/16 (Article 18) of the Ministry of Education.
Subject combinations for GCE/AL and for university entrance is mentioned in the circular No 2009/16 issued by Ministry of Education. Check below Sinhala and Tamil versions of the circulars.
