I did not get my A/L admission card. What should I do?

I saw the following on Examinations Department's website
In case a candidate has not received the admission card
* It should be brought to the notice of the School Examinations Organization Branch by post, over the phone or personally.
* Candidate should furnish particulars such as his/her name, town selected, subjects applied for and the medium, etc.
* In case the candidate’s name has not been registered in the register, photo copies of the registration receipt obtained from the post office and of the receipt obtained in support of payment of the examination fees should be furnished.
* When these required particulars are furnished a duplicate of the admission card will be issued to the candidate.
