Position Requirements - Lecturers
- Honours Degree with a First Class in Computer Science from a recognized University
- Minimum of years' experience as an Assistant Lecturer / Lecturer or years industry experience.
- Have a passion for teaching and research.
- Good communication skills in English
Position Requirements - Senior Lecturers
- Honours Degree with a First Class in Computer Science from a recognized University
- PhD or MPhil or years MSc with a research component in an area directly relevant to the Computing Subjects
- Minimum years of experience as a Lecturer or equivalent industry experience.
Should be able to teach a wide area of subjects which includes
- Artificial Intelligence
- Mathematics (Algebra, Vecotrs, Matrices, Graph Theory)
- Development in OOP Python, Java, Flowcharts and Pseudocode
- HTML Technologies (XHTML, HTML, Javascript, Ajax, CSS)
- Client and Server-side programming with PHP, Java, .net
- Security concepts, PGP, Encryption, Intrusion Detection, Threats and Measures
- Knowledge of implementing Webservices using Java, Network Concepts and Sockets
- Algorithms (Search and Pathfinding algorithms, implement using Java, Java Swing [UI])
- Computer Gaming - Mix Reality and Virtual Reality
