- As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior/Training Instructor - Auto Mechanical/ Electrical.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Job Knowledge and Skills: Strong automotive technical knowledge/background, preferably with specific light vehicle experience. Skill in effectively managing classroom and workshop environments. Master Technician Certification is a plus.
- Experience: Five or more years of work experience in a technical discipline, including two or more years of directly related professional Training experience.
- Education: Professional Certification (e.g. HNDE, NDES, NDT, NVQ +, etc.) or Degree in Automobile / Auto Mechanical Engineering. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars, and in-house classroom training.
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, other PC applications, or mainframe applications.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in teaching Engineering subjects in Sinhala / English Medium.
