Qualification and Experience
- A Relevant academic qualification at the UK graduate level.
- A Minimum of Five () years of teaching experience (Should relate to the delivery of a western-style syllabus, significant teaching / qualification management experience at a reputed university).
- Recognized teaching qualification in relevant subject.
- An understanding Of UK / Western higher education and the needs and requirements Of international students.
- Direct experience of further and higher education in an international context.
- Experience in the development of academic qualification will be preferable.
- Experience in academic assessment and standards, and in quality assurance procedures will be preference.
- Experience in teaching non-native speakers of English will be preferable.
Skills
- A commitment to teamwork, working flexibly, and seeking solutions to problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills including fluency English, Enumerate and articulate.
- Competence in the effective use of information and communications Technologies (ICT).
- The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and when necessary, with minimal resources.
- Enthusiastic and committed with stamina and a positive attitude.
