This organization was initiated in , approved by Parliament Act of , and is affiliated to WAMY - Saudi Arabia, RISEAP Malaysia, Discover Islam in Bahrain and IPC Kuwait. There are free Sunday classes in Sinhala, Tamil and English for new Muslims.
