Lecturers - Commercial Cookery (Full time)

What do you need to have?
- NVQ level / Certificate iii in Commercial Cookery,
equivalent or higher.
- Extensive industry experience as a chef, with a strong
background in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly
desirable.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and
slideshow creation,
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and
good interpersonal skills.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE /
TAE) equivalent or higher is highly desirable.
