Job Title: IELTS and PTE Trainer
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IELTS and PTE Trainer to join our office in Colombo. As an experienced trainer, you will have the opportunity to guide and support students in achieving their desired scores in the International English Language Testing System IELTS and Pearson Test of English (PTE) exams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging training sessions on IELTS and PTE exam preparation.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and design customized lesson plans to meet their individual needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop and administer practice tests to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam formats and scoring criteria.
- Motivate and inspire students to reach their language proficiency goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of IELTS and PTE exams, including test formats, assessment criteria, and scoring methods.
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS and PTE exam preparation.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and individual needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan lessons and track student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Recognized certification in IELTS and/or PTE training (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL).
- Previous experience in preparing students for successful IELTS and PTE exam outcomes.
