Full-Time Lecturer
ACBT Academy of English
ACBT Academy of English, a proud division of the Australian College of Business and Technology and a partner of Navitas, is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time lecturer to join our growing team.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in English (required)
* Master’s degree in a relevant field (highly desirable and considered an advantage)
* Minimum years of experience in a similar position (essential)
* At least year of teaching experience in relevant subject(s) (required)
* The candidate must be able to teach at least two of IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, or TKT. Certification in at least one is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in English language programs
* Develop and implement innovative curriculum and teaching materials to meet diverse student needs
* Provide academic support and mentorship to help students achieve their learning goals
* Maintain a professional, student-focused, and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality and contribute to institutional activities and initiatives
