ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Lecturer at Insight Technology Campus, located at Kandy Road, Mawanella. The selected candidate will support lecture delivery, conduct lab sessions, assist with student assessments, and provide academic support for Foundation, Diploma, and undergraduate-level IT programs.

The role requires the ability to teach in both in-person and online modes, depending on the academic schedule.

QUALIFICATION
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division.
• Excellent communication skills in English with a passion for teaching.
• Experience in delivering lessons, tutoring, or mentoring students in an academic setting is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates available on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Masters qualification is an added advantage
