We are an aspiring teacher training college which trains primary, secondary and upper school teachers to start their career as professional teachers.
We currently conduct Training Programmes, Certificate courses, Diplomas and Advanced Diploma in Teaching and Education. We are looking for a qualified teacher educator / Lecturer who could conduct lectures in Teaching, Education and Pedagogy up to Advanced Diploma level
Teacher Educator (Teacher Trainer ) / Lecturer for Teacher Training & Pedagogy
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting lectures for the above programmes.
- Observing lessons and identifying teachers' strengths and weaknesses.
- Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers.
- Organizing workshops, training sessions, and events where guest speakers inspire teachers.
- Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in teaching (Primary or Secondary, Education or equivalent:
- Experience teaching adults or university lecturing might be advantageous.
- Extensive teaching experience in the subject area or a related discipline.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Salary: , LKR and above for the right candidate
