- A Diploma in training and development or equivalent is
compulsory
- A minimum of years experience in a similar capacity
preferably in a BPO / KPO environment (Note : During the
interview, you should be able to provide materials / evidences and
briefly describe at least one training program that you have conducted)
- Excellent command in English, oral and written
- Effective communication skills, should be able to
communicate with overseas clients
- Immense interpersonal social skills and excellent ability
in making presentations
- Ability to coach and motivate the team
