This self-study programme is designed by a panel of university lecturers, with long-term experiences in the field
of teaching English as a second language. Listening, writing, reading are the areas of methods used to improve
communication skills of learners. The lessons are arranged, recorded and printed systematically to engage the
learners in the lessons interactively and pleasurably. Grammar lessons are arranged from simple to complex
enabling the learners an easy learning environment and experience. Modern English language teaching
methodology that fall in line with the international standards is the other important strength of this programme.
You may attend the workshops conducted by OMINRO all around the country through which you can enhance
and fine-tune your knowledge about the lessons of the programme and clarify the problems you come across
while studying the programme at home.
Since there are three activity books in this programme, you can do the activities and send to OMINRO for
evaluation. Within three weeks, you will receive the books with comments paving you the way towards success.

Usage :
======
This self-study programme consists of three phases. Each phase consists of CDs, Grammar books and activity
books which should completed by the learner and sent to OMINRO for evaluation. Those who successfully
complete the programme will be awarded a certificate for the competency level.
