Royal Institute of Colombo (RIC) is currently in search for suitably qualified personnels to join us as an Lecturers for our humanities, social sciences, and management suite of degree programs. Available positions are:


Lecturer - Economics
Candidate Profile:

• Hold a BSc (First Class) degree in Economics.
• Having a BSc. degree awarded by University of London (UOL) would be advantageous.
• Having completed a Masters with advanced quantitative economics background (Ex: Econometrics) would be advantageous.
• Should have minimum year of subject relevant industry and/or academic work experience.

Lecturer - International Relations
Candidate Profile:

• Hold a BSc (First Class or Second-Class Upper Division Honors) degree in International Relations.
• Having a BSc. degree awarded by University of London (UOL) would be advantageous.
• Having completed a Masters in Development Studies / Peace and Conflict Studies etc. would be advantageous.
• Should have minimum year of subject relevant industry and/or academic work experience

Lecture - Statistics
Candidate Profile:

• Hold a BSc (First Class) degree in Mathematics / Statistics.
• Having a BSc. degree awarded by University of London (UOL) would be advantageous.
• Having Data Science relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Should have minimum year of subject relevant industry and/or academic work experience.

Lecture - Information Systems
Candidate Profile:

• Hold a BSc. (First Class or Second-Class Upper Division Honors) degree in Information Systems and Management.
• Having a BSc. degree awarded by University of London (UOL) would be advantageous.
• Having minimum to years of experience in an IT systems management position would be advantageous.
