Antony Fernando Th.D. (Rome), Ph.D. (Lanka), Dip.in Rel.Ed. (Cath.Inst. Paris) is the Founder of the Inter-cultural Research Centre and its currant Director. He is also the main author of all the books and disks used in it. He is the director of the school named “Inter-cultural English Education Centre” and co-manager of the publishing company called “Inter-cultural Book Promoters”. Date of birth: --. Wife and Associate Director: Sumana Fernando. He taught Buddhism for nearly years at a major Christian Seminary in Sri Lanka, and Christian Culture for a similar number of years to mainly non-Christian students at a Religion Department of the Kelaniya University, Sri Lanka. He has taught Buddhism for one year at Selly Oak Colleges, Birmingham, U.K, and been a post-graduate research scholar at the “Centre for Religion and Culture”, at the Nanzan University, Nagoya, Japan. He was awarded the “International Peace Prize” in by the American Biographical Institute in recognition of his efforts in promoting inter-religious and inter-racial peace and harmony.

The institute is registered in the Government’s “Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (No. P/) and is empowered by it to grant the Certificate of “Trained English Teacher”.
