CICRA stands for Centre for Integrated Communication Research and Advocacy [CICRA]. Established in , CICRA is the only not-for-profit organization in Sri Lanka dedicated to engage in applied communication research relating to the social institution of mass media and other human communication processes in the context of Sri Lankas national development. Our mandate includes researching on policy related problems, concerns and issues at the center and the peripheries, and processes such as initiatives connected with advocacy for development plan implementation at the peripheral level.
