We are a well established institute that has been conducting internal British Degrees for over years. Over graduates have qualified from IIT in the disciplines of Information systems and Business Administration. They hold prestigious positions in most of the leading software development organizations and other reputed companies. Along with the University of Westminster, UK we are offering degree programmes in Computing, Information systems, Information systems with business Management and Software Engineering. We also offer the Masters Programme in Advanced Software Engineering. All these programmes conducted by University of Westminster have been accredited by the BCS. Teaching duties include lecturing, tutorial and laboratory support, projects supervision; and all staff contribute to the administrative work of the department. Several other staff have been supported to pursue postgraduate programs in leading universities in Sri Lanka. In addition, IIT also provides assistance to staff to carry out collaborative research with industry.
