. candidate should be a graduate with bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree in English or Applied Linguistics; or professional qualification in TEFL, TESL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA or any related certification from a recognized organization
. must have yrs English teaching experience
. preferably with hands-on experience in multi-media teaching, self-access methods, assessment, course design and testing
. innovativeness/ leadership qualities/ planning and organizational skills/ adaptability
