As the course Director - MBA, you are expected :
- To manage and administer the
prestigious and probably the best MBA programme in Sri Lanka
effectively.
- To coordinate and
communicate with the faculty, the supervisors and the existing and the
potential students
- To provide Academic insights
and pastoral guidance for MBA students
- To liaise with Marketing in
order to provide the market intelligence and feedback
- To assist the marketing to
recruit / canvas potential MBA students
- To professionally and
cordially work with the internal staff
- To participate in the
internal and external boards of Examiners
- To undertake lectures at
IIHE and Dissertation supervision.
The suitable candidate should possess the following
- First degree from a
recognized university.
- Postgraduate qualification
(Preferably an MBA) from a recognized university.
- Additional academic and
professional qualifications and corporate exposure would be an added
advantage.
- Competency in Research
Methodology module and experience in Dissertation supervision at
Masters Level
- Higher level of Emotional
and multiple intelligence.
- Right and Can do attitude
from the Academic and the Corporate perspective
- Sound inter-personal skills.
