You should have at least a credit pass for English and Mathematics in
O/L + Diploma in IT or English. You have to participate in a days
free training at our Nawala head-office. After the training period, you
have to work minimum month with us as a trainee kids teacher in one
of our branches. (with a salary).
The best teachers will be taken to one year extendable teaching
contract. Your primary job will be to work as facilitators i.e. to
support the students to understand video lessons coming live from our
Nawala studios. The lecturer in the Nawala studio will be
able to see your students through PTZ Cameras. We will be training you
on how to work in this blended learning environment. After months on
the job training, you will be evaluated with a computer based Test and
a remote teaching session. The successful trainee teachers will be
promoted as Junior teachers and they will get an opportunity to study
free of charge for Cambridge University TKT Exams. (Teaching
Knowledge Test.)
