- A good first degree or equivalent [preferably First
class or Second Class Upper level]. Postgraduate qualifications,
teaching/industry experience etc will be advantageous. [Fresh graduates
will be considered for Assistant Lecturer grade]
- Motivation to further develop oneself and give of
one’s best for the benefit of the students
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and
other soft skills.
- Ability to take weekend and weekday-evening shifts as
needed.
- Programme Manager - While teaching some modules,
the Programme Manager will assist the Academic Head in all routine
matters of academic administration including monitoring of course
delivery, quality assurance, as well as in the implementation of new
programmes.
- Requirements:
- As for the Academic Staff above. A Masters Degree in
Computing or Business and experience of academic management will be a
definite advantage.
