The International Hotel School of Mount Lavinia Hotel provides a launching pad for those interested in taking up careers in the Hospitality Industry. Students may enter with Ordinary Level and / or Advanced Level qualifications and embark on exciting careers in the Hospitality Industry either in Sri Lanka or overseas. Craft Courses in International Cookery, Pastry and Bakery

• Course outline : These short six months courses deal with the basic skills and knowledge required to carry out general duties within a range of Tourism and Hospitality Enterprises. Additionally these courses deal with the skills and knowledge required in a commercial catering establishment.
