an experienced person to take charge of its core-business unit : the
EDUCATION DIVISION
Manager Education:
Overall management of the Education Division of SLIM in an effective
and efficient manner, by adding new products to the SLIM educational
product portfolio and consolidating our current portfolio of products
most of which are our proprietary products which are market leaders in
their respective market segments will be your key
responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have to manage the
following :
Develop a strategic direction and a plan for the Education Division
Monitor examination, coaching and customer service aspects and carry
out general administration of the division
Liaise with the principles of international universities and
professional bodies affiliated to SLIM
Conduct examinations maintaining high level of confidentiality and
integrity
Conduct annual certification and graduation ceremonies maintaining
right level of quality and standards
Facilitate and coordinate meetings of Education reforms committee and
board of study
Must be flexible enough to adjust to be in line with our corporate
culture which is dynamic passionate, team oriented and maintain the
highest ethical standard with the introduction of the new corporate
governance policy
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of years of similar experience
with high proficiency in English language both verbal and written with
an effective communication and PR skills coupled with computer
literacy. He or she should have SLIM/CIM or an equal
qualification in marketing with an MBA
