Requirements
- Minimum years work experience as a Preschool teacher / coordinator.
- Experience in both AMI and preschool teaching approach.
- Elocution teaching knowledge is must.
- Responsible for smooth functioning and profitability of the preschool and Elocution language center.
- Operations, Facility and Staff Management including Teaching and the non- teaching staff.
- Ability to work closely with the Infant/Toddler Program Coordinator to oversee all aspects of classroom program planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the center's appropriate practices.
- Ability to handle the parents and guardians of the students and collect the payments before the deadline.
- Need to make new registrations for the Montessori and the Elocution class.
- Organizing and coordinating events for kids to enhance their performance.
Working Hour: Monday to Saturday - Full time
Candidates living close proximity to Kolonnawa are preferred.
