Minimum 3 years work experience as a Preschool teacher / coordinator.
Experience in both AMI and preschool teaching approach.
Elocution teaching knowledge is must.
Responsible for smooth functioning and profitability of the preschool and Elocution language center.
Operations, Facility and Staff Management including Teaching and the non- teaching staff.
Ability to work closely with the Infant/Toddler Program Coordinator to oversee all aspects of classroom program planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the center's appropriate practices.
Ability to handle the parents and guardians of the students and collect the payments before the deadline.
Need to make new registrations for the Montessori and the Elocution class.
Organizing and coordinating events for kids to enhance their performance.
Working Hour: Monday to Saturday - Full time
Candidates living close proximity to Kolonnawa are preferred.
