Head of Academics
The Head of Academics will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational programs, curriculum development, and instructional practices across all institutions within our network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction, ensuring educational excellence, and fostering a culture Of continuous improvement. This leadership position requires a blend of strategic vision, expertise, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Educational Policies and Initiatives
- Curriculum Development: Preschool to A Levels
- Learning and Teaching Supervision / Evaluation
- Standardizing Lesson Plans for Full School curriculum
- Improve Quality of Assessments - Error Free Examinations
- Teacher Training and Development
- Monitor and Evaluate Student Academic Progress
Qualifications
- Masters or doctoral degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in educational leadership roles. preferably in a network of schools or similar educational setting (minimum years industry experience).
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design. and assessment practices.
- Very high proficiency in English language skills.
- Excellent communication. interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate educators to achieve academic excellence.
- Proficiency in educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning.
