PRE SCHOOL
SENIOR TEACHER / SECTIONAL HEAD
Applicant should possess:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Pre-Primary Education or Montessori Education.
• Minimum of years teaching experience in a Pre-Primary setting.
Skills & Competencies
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring teaching staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both staff and parents.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and perform efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in planning and coordinating events within the Pre-Primary Section.
• Preferably candidates residing in Panadura or close vicinity.
