Colombo and new store will be opening soon in K-Zone, Ja-Ela with
few more stores coming.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experienced Required : to years experience in F and B / Hospitality
with emphasis in the training department, with at least years
experience in a multi-unit environment. If possible such
experience should be in fast food, specially coffee, or deli. Experience in a high standard hospitality management and/or service
environment would be desirable.
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in hospitality management or
equivalent.
Skills: Ability to identify training problems. Ability to
plan, organize and delegate the motivate field trainers.
