We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:
* Genuinely interested in helping students find their path to success
* Able to build relationships with prospective students
* Housewives, school leavers, or persons staying at home
* Fluent in Sinhala / English
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
* Conduct presentations and information sessions
* Engage with potential students through outreach activities—including phone calls, emails, and social media—providing them with essential information and support
* Ability to generate leads via social media
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track outcomes, and provide insights for continuous improvement
* Foster strong relationships with professionals, companies, and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales is preferred but not essentially required.
