*About Us:* We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our school as a Preschool Principal and be in charge of the daily operations of our newly opened international preschool in Ahangama that will educate children from around the world.
As well as assisting with the creative and planning necessary to start the school from scratch you will also be leading the team working at the school and be responsible for organising the work of our kitchen team, gardeners and security.
We do not want to be just any school, we will teach our children how to live sustainably, in harmony with each other and the planet, we will incorporate a green mindset in everything we do, the school itself is an ecosystem with our own vegetable garden, animal farm, organic rice paddy - all of which are integrated in parts of the education.
The end goal is to create the best possible environment for our small people to grow and learn important aspects of life, in a fun and safe environment with a green mindset so that they can stand tall to build a future for themselves, the community and the generations after them.
Good Dharma is not just a preschool; it is a sanctuary for young minds that combines innovation, sustainability, and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of environmentally-conscious leaders.

- Visionary Leadership: Lead with a forward-thinking approach that aligns with our mission Of sustainability and innovation.
- Curriculum Innovation: Spearhead the development of a curriculum that integrates eco-conscious principles into early childhood education.
- Green Initiatives: Promote environmentally-friendly practices within the school and engage students in eco-education.
- Staff Development: Recruit, inspire, and support teachers and staff to create a green, engaging learning environment.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate partnerships with like-minded organisations and engage with the local community to support our green mission.
- Administrative Excellence: Oversee daily operations, enrolment procedures, parents meet and greet and ensure compliance with educational regulations and the highest standards of quality, petty cash management.
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience within an innovative educational environment.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious education.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of progressive educational practices.
