Job Responsibilities:
The candidate should have a proven track record with strong leadership skills and be result oriented.
. Preparation of a Strategic Plan for the school covering academic and non-academic activities.
. Ensuring the targets set for academic, developmental and extra curricular activities in the Strategic Plan are met within given timelines.
. Laying down objective operational procedures for the smooth management of the school. These should cover areas such as financial management, the selection of student leaders, student discipline and other relevant areas.
. Maintaining cordial relationships with all stakeholders, teachers, parents and curriculum providers.
. Ensuring overall supervision of the operations of the school and submitting quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
. Applicant must be between and years of age.
. A Master's Degree in Education is preferred or a Bachelor's Degree in Education or an equivalent field from a university recognized by the IJGC.
. A minimum of years of teaching experience, including years in an administrative capacity as a Principal or Deputy Principal in a reputed National or International educational institution in Sri Lanka or overseas.
. High level of verbal and written communication skills in the English Language.
