We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to Join our team as a Food and Beverage Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures and practical sessions to our students in the field of food and beverage management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering lectures and practical sessions on food and beverage management to students
- Developing and updating course content to ensure that it is aligned With industry trends and standards
- Providing academic guidance and support to students
- Collaborating With other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary programs and initiatives
- Participating in departmental and institutional activities, including committees and events
Qualifications:
- Should be a graduate of the SLITHM in Food and Beverage operations or similar hotel school qualification in the same field
- Minimum of years of teaching experience in the field of food and beverage management
- years Experience working in the food and beverage department of a star class hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff and students
- Experience with curriculum development and course design
- Having International Exposure related to the position will be an added advantage
