Leading boys school located in Colombo with Primary and Secondary
grades is seeking for an innovative, experienced, and qualified
candidate to join and lead the school in the capacity of Deputy
Principal for academics.
Expectations:
* Formulating overall aims and objectives of the school and policies
for their implementation.
* To provide necessary vision and personal drive to develop the school
to implement new initiation and improve educational standards.
* To act as the academic leader of the school, responsible for day to
day operations, monitoring academic emergencies and co-coordinating
with the department heads.
* To oversee the coordination of the co-curricular and extracurricular
activity progress of the college.
* To observe, supervise, assist and evaluate the school in the
development and implementation of curriculum.
* Meeting with educational professionals, implement and enhance the
students educational standards
Qualifications:
* Post graduate Diploma in Education or Masters in Education from
accredited educational institution.
* Minimum years experience at a senior position in a recognized local
or international school
