Job Description:
The purpose Of this job is to assess and tutor learners for various Business programmes. This position requires the candidates to provide formative and summative feedback to the learners, support the programme manager in completing internal and external verifications and manage the learner queries for different business qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to understand learner queries and effectively communicate with learners in timely manner.
- Provide feedback for assignments according to the set deadlines.
- Support the immediate supervisor in completing documentations for learners.
- Support in successful completion of external quality assurance processes.
- Liaise with internal teams.
- Maintain the quality standards of communications and feedback
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum year experience in tutoring, assessing students, internal and external verification.
- Experience in curriculum development and course material reviewing.
- Following an MBA or an MSc Will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
Shift time:
This is a full-time work from office, parallel to UK office working hours.
Status of the job:
You are required to work parallel to office in the UK and your regular working hours are .pm to .pm and during UK day light saving time .pm to - pm on weekdays. we are off on weekends and UK bank holidays.
