We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Head of
Department to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will not only
lead departmental initiatives but also deliver high-quality teaching
and foster academic excellence. Key responsibilities include overseeing
curriculum development, mentoring faculty, preparing and delivering
engaging lectures, conducting assessments, and supporting students in
their academic and professional development. A passion for education,
leadership capabilities, and a student-centered approach are essential
for success in this role.
Minimum Requirements :
Educational Qualifications:
* A PhD in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration.
* A Master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Experience:
* Ideally under years of age.
* Minimum of years of teaching experience, particularly in delivering
postgraduate-level modules such as Research, Marketing, Accounting, and
Finance.
* Demonstrated experience in research supervision.
* A proven track record of teaching in Top-Up and Master’s
degree programs is essential.
* Prior experience in handling Top-Up and Master’s degree
programmes is essential.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong ability to develop, update, and deliver engaging course
content aligned with current academic frameworks and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and support
both faculty and students.
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to promoting a
student-centered learning culture.
* Willingness to work on weekends, with two weekdays off.
