Eligibility Criteria
- Professional or Masters qualification in respective
discipline
- Minimum of years' Managerial experience in HR/Management
field or years' experience as a lecturer in a recognized University /
Institutions
- Applicants with years industry experience also should
possess at least years of teaching experience.
- CIPM Membership and Ph.D. qualification will be an added
advantage.
- Lecturers for PQHRM Strategic Level I & II should
possess at least three years' Strategic Level experience in the
relevant discipline.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Lecturers and tutorials
- To teach selected subjects (Mentioned above) for
Professional Qualification in HRM and National Diploma in Training and
Development Study Programs.
- Preparing lecture notes for the subjects according to the
syllabi, preparation of question papers, marking and discussing
assignments.
