A vacancy exists in Colombo campus for the post of Senior Lecturer
in-charge of the language Department.
Qualifications and Experience
*A Special Degree in Languages (Specialized in English Language)
recognized by the U.G.C.
WITH
A postgraduate degree (Masters) in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
AND
Minimum of () years experience in an academic environment or in a
three or more of a star classified hotel executive grade experience in
a government corporation, Board, Statutory institution or a reputed
private institution after obtaining the First degree
Salary Scale - AR (Rs. ,/= x Rs ,/= Rs ,/=)
Initial Salary Step - Rs ,/= + cost of living and other Government
approved allowances will be paid as per Management service department
circular No /. Additionally, group transport will be provided up
and down to office from the residence (with KM one way limit) on
daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Special Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management /
Language Degree (specialized in English language) which is recognized
by the U.G.C.
- A General Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management /
Language Degree (specialized in English language) which is recognized
by the U.G.C. with a post-graduate diploma in the relevant field.
- Full graduate of the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and
Hotel Management with specialization in Professional Cookery / Food
& Beverage / Front Office Operation / Hotel Housekeeping
AND
A minimum of years post qualifying experience in an executive grade
in three star or above classified hotel.
