JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing effective teaching methods.
Required to Teach certificate and diploma levels courses.
Assist Students with assignments and course work completion.
Establish and maintain a positive learning environment and facilitate
students.
Ability to carry out assigned responsibilities with Minimum Supervision.
Preparing contents, study materials and assignments for courses.
Setting exam papers and marking schemes.
Creating and managing students and class reports.
Produce English Content for Social media Platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a minimum qualification of an undergraduate Degree in English
Language, TOFEL or TESL From a recognized University.
years' Experience in similar role.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent PR and Communication Skills.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Sinhala & Tamil would be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
IT Literacy is a must.
