Instructor - Information Technology
Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively deliver IT lecturers / practical sessions offered by the institute within the guidelines provided.
- Conduct sessions for certificate, diploma and undergraduate programmes as well as short term industrial training courses.
- Design, Develop and deliver academic programmes, training courses and proposals
- Coordinate and liaise with students, faculty and stakeholders regarding academic affairs
- Conduct research and assist management with academic programmes/projects
Qualifications and Pre-requisites
- Should possess a NVQ level or above qualification relating to IT/Computer science
- Ability to teach in English and Sinhala media
- Ability to work during weekends is mandatory
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Preference will be given to the candidates with minimum -year teaching experience in a recognized institute
- Salary - Negotiable
- Nature of appointment - Full time contract with provision for permanent appointment based on performance
