Coordinator - Student Support Services
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Engage in Discussions with Students and Parents which could include Addressing their Concerns / Issues and in Handling Complaints
* Document and Process Student Requests
* Provide Effective Solutions to Student Issues as per the Institute's SLA Standards
* Relay Student Requests and Concerns to the Relevant Departments, and Ensuring Timely Follow-ups
* Effective Handling of Student Incidents
* Liaise with Officials of William Angliss Institute, Australia Where Necessary
To Qualify
* Proven Previous Experience in an Education Institute / School is a Must
* Proven Ability to Handle Students in a Professional Manner Aged Between - Years
* Female Candidates are Preferred
* Must Have Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills
