It was formed on March nd by General Choi Hong Hi, Founder of
Taekwon-Do in Seoul, Korea.
The International Taekwon-Do Federation is still going strong today, with
its headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
The ITF today is presided over by Choi Jung Hwa, th Degree Grandmaster, and
son of the Founder.
ITF Sri Lanka is the only official INO Independent National Organization
representing the ITF in Sri Lanka
