Dear International Expatriate Association of Colombo;
I lived in Colombo more than years ago and attended OCS, the
Overseas Childrens School now knows as OSC.  I am
now returning for an extended holiday, with the intention of
reconnecting with the land and people that I have love as my own
country. Â
I have been living in Vietnam for the past years and have been
working as a chef and restaurant consultant initially for celebrity
Chef Bobby Chin, and later on assisting in the development, menus and
opening of other restaurants that have all gone on to enjoy
successes.
I would like to know if any of your members would be interested in some
professional cooking classes for themselves and/or there house
cooks. My specialties are salads, Tapas, Vietnamese fusion
food, SEA fusion food, Spanish and South American food as well as a
skilled chocolatier for all natural hand made chocolate truffles, and
chocolate moose.
