ASSISTANT SUPPORT TEACHERS (SHADOW TEACHERS)
* Applicants should possess a qualification in Special Needs Education (Certificate/ Diploma/Degree)
* - experience in the field as a Shadow Teacher.
* Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy are crucial for working effectively.
* A very good command of English and either Sinhala or Tamil is essential.
DAY CARE ASSISTANTS (to work in the day Care facility run by the school)
We are looking for an experienced Day Care Assistant, who will provide assistance and support to the Warden of the Day Care maintained by the school.
The Day Care Assistant will work closely with the Warden and the rest of the Day Care team in serving meals, supervising creative activities and play-time for the children, maintaining a safe and positive environment.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Passed the G.CE (A/L) exam
• Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• A love for children and the patience to work closely with them.
• Basic computer literacy and first-aid skills
The following will be an advantage:
• Certificate in Early Childhood Education / AMI Montessori training
• Previous work experience in a similar capacity.
