The Role Expectation
* Teach and facilitate English learning suitable for corporate environment.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum, lesson plans, and learning materials that align with industry standards and best practices.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn.
* Foster a collaborative and hands-on learning experience through practical exercises, projects, and real-world applications.
* Assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements, trends, and emerging techniques and integrate them into the curriculum as appropriate.
* Collaborate with fellow educators and industry professionals to continuously improve teaching methods, curriculum development, and student outcomes.
* Mentor and guide students in their career aspirations, helping them to identify opportunities
* Required to work on-site in Galle.
The Person
* Strong expertise and practical experience in teaching English that is best suited for adult learning.
* Proven experience in teaching and a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students.
* Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively and adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
* A commitment to staying informed about the latest teaching methods.
* Ability to create a fun, interactive learning experience.
