Subject Areas - Business Management
Qualification and Experience
- A relevant academic qualification at the UK graduate level
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (should relate to the delivery of q Western-style syllabus. Significant teaching/qualification management experience at a reputable university)
- Recognized teaching qualification in relevant subject
- An understanding of UK/western higher education and the needs and requirements of international students
- Direct experience of further and higher education in an international context
- Experience in the development of academic qualifications will be preferable
- Experience in academic assessment and standards, and in quality assurance procedures will be preferable.
- Experience in teaching non-native speakers of English will be preferable.
Skills
- A commitment to teamwork, working flexibly, and seeking solutions to problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills including fluency in English Numerate and articulate.
- Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).
- The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and, when necessary, with minimal resources.
- Enthusiastic and committed with stamina and a positive attitude.
