The ideal candidate, below years of age, will be responsible for the overall coordination of Sports activities of the College and should have deep appreciation of the rule of Sports, building character and confidence.
Requirements:
- Qualifications related to the field of Sports and Physical Training would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of years of experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
- Should possess the knowledge of a variety of sports, both individual and team. Good PR skills with the ability to liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including academic staff, parents, Sports coaches, officials of Ministries and other sports bodies.
- Strong communication skills in English would be an added advantage.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in the field of Sports and Games and should be able to manage / supervise a team of sports, teachers and instructors.
- Strong planning and organizational skills especially in Sports events of the School.
- Should possess a relentless drive for excellence.
