Alliance Française de Colombo - Sri Lanka's first and foremost French Teaching and Cultural Center since 1954.
Founded in 1954 as a Sri Lankan Association by a Group of Friends from Sri Lanka and France , Alliance Française de Colombo acquired Non-Profit Institutional Status in 1955 and has since strived to promote the French Language and Francophone Culture in Sri Lanka.
