I am an internationally certified education consultant, lecturer and trainer. I am a practicing mental health and stress management counselor, psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health [UK] and a Member of the Association for Psychological Science [USA].
