- Should have Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA)
- Proven Track Record of Preparing Students for IELTS.
- Must be a pleasant and an active individual with the fluency of both written & spoken English
- Fluency in all languages (Sinhala, English, Tamil) will be considered as an added advantage
