ENGLISH LECTURER
Online Akura is excited to announce the launch of a special online English course titled English for Higher Education. This course is tailored for students who have recently faced their A/L examinations, aiming to enhance their English skills for higher education.
Position Requirements
* A degree in English Language, Literature, or a related field.
* A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., TESOL, CELTA) is preferred.
* Experience in teaching English to students or young adults, preferably in an online setting.
* Proficiency in using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom)
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Passion for teaching and fostering an interactive online learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct live online English lessons tailored to the needs of A/ L students transitioning to higher education.
* Develop engaging and interactive teaching materials suitable for an online format.
* Provide timely feedback and support to students.
* Incorporate modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
